We want you to love your sustainable tech accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all compostable products. Please ensure items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your Pela items in their original eco-friendly packaging or a small envelope to minimize shipping waste.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
